Fostering safe and healthy workplaces

As well as focusing on the needs of the individual, we recognise the importance of engaging with employers to enable safe and healthy workplaces.

This links to our belief in early intervention – working with employers to prevent workplace injury and develop wellbeing programmes for their employees.

Our wellbeing offering focuses on providing individuals with access to services which enable them to proactively enhance their health, work and life before they develop into longer-term problems or issues. We are experienced at motivating and counselling people to make healthy lifestyle changes, improve sleep patterns, address drug or alcohol misuse, manage pain and chronic conditions, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

In addition, our extensive experience in assisting people with health conditions and disabilities to return to work also enables us to provide advice and support on adapting workplaces and practices to address the needs of employees as well as people who are recovering from illness or injury to return to work.
